Frequently asked questions

Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Enchant?+

Claude, yes. Add Enchant as a custom connector in Claude with an API key from your Enchant settings, or use Claude Code. OpenAI Codex and Cursor work too. The ChatGPT app needs a sign-in connection, which is coming soon.

What do I get when I ask the AI to build an event?+

A real Enchant event site. It looks like your client or organisation, your audience can open it via a public link, and it's ready for livestreaming and audience engagement.

Do I need technical skills?+

Only for the setup. Connecting takes a couple of minutes: you create an API key in Enchant and paste it into your AI tool, following our step-by-step guides. After that, you describe what you want in your own words.

What is MCP?+

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools connect securely to services like Enchant. You don't need to know how it works. In practice, it gives the AI permission to build events for you.
