What you need
- An Enchant account with an event (draft is enough for testing).
- vMix with an outgoing stream configured.

Connect vMix to Enchant

Open the event in the producer view
Log in to Enchant and open your event. Switch to the producer view where ingest details are shown.

Copy RTMP ingest details
Open the RTMP tab. Copy Stream URL and Stream key into vMix under Settings, then Streaming. Paste the URL into the server or URL field and the key into the stream key field.

Start streaming in vMix
Press Start in vMix. When Enchant receives the feed, the producer view shows that the stream is live.

Check the event page
Open the event page preview in another window. Confirm picture, sound and any lower thirds look correct before you publish to the client audience.
What happens next
- While the event is a draft, only you and your team can see the page.
- Optional: forward the same feed to YouTube, LinkedIn or other platforms from the producer view while keeping the Enchant page as home base.
- When you are ready, press Publish in the dashboard. Publishing costs 249 € per event (+ VAT) and opens the page to your audience.
Troubleshooting
- Can I use SRT from vMix instead?
- Yes. Switch to the SRT tab in the producer view and follow our SRT streaming guide.
- vMix shows connected but the page is black
- Wait a few seconds for the encoder to keyframe. Confirm Stream URL and Stream key were copied without extra spaces.
